03.27.17

A Fort Worth Star-Telegram article notes that the lawsuit cites the lack of warning signs on the property, located north of Fort Worth, and the lack of access to prompt medical treatment as contributing factors in the women’s death last year. In an interview with the newspaper, the firm’s Trey Crawford says that the existence of a waiver will not matter if a court finds that the event operator acted with gross negligence. “If half of what they allege is true, then I think Rednecks With Paychecks has got massive problems that won’t be solved by the waiver.
